The Over 50’s Festival returns this October with a vibrant line-up of fun, free and low-cost events designed to spark creativity, foster connection, and celebrate the richness of life over 50.
From 1–31 October, enjoy a diverse line-up of events designed to inspire, rejuvenate, and bring people together. Whether you’re into arts and crafts, photography, music, movement, storytelling, or simply meeting new people, there’s something for everyone.
Highlights include:
- Free Public Transport for Victorian Seniors Card holders from 5–12 October
- Locals Behind the Lens Photography Competition – submit your best shot of Lilydale for a chance to win $500!
- U3A Yarra Ranges – attend any class or event run by U3A for free throughout October (bookings required).
- Plus a wide range of activities including yoga, dance, storytelling, tech support, gardening, and community lunches.
